Are you ready to scale your business with internal platforms?

I'm thrilled to announce an evolution in my consulting practice. When I set out on this path almost a year ago, I had been considering my personal trajectory in leadership and Fractional CTO seemed natural.

What has become clear to me over the last year is that I'm much more passionate about something specific: platforms. I've been working with platforms for a very long time and I feel I can advise and help leaders looking to adopt internal platforms.

There is still much to be done in the industry to make our organizations and businesses more effective. I believe that platforms will play a large part in this but that there is a risk in taking one-size-fits-all approaches in adopting them.

That is why I am starting with two specific offerings:

- Advising - Retainer-based availability to support executive decision makers.

- Platform Transformation - Change oriented programs to implement platform as a product across an organization to achieve business results.

My goal with these two services is to equip executives and their teams with the confidence to implement internal platforms, especially using product methods.

I want to stress the enabling focus of my work. I'm a soloist and my goal in life is get clients set up to not need me anymore. Both of these offerings are in service of executives that need to achieve real business change by supporting their teams.

To explore how my services can transform your approach to business, I invite you to visit the newly launched website at missingmass.io. Here you can find the insights and experiences I share through the blog at missingmass.io/blog. If you want to contact me directly, the new site has a contact form or you can always message me directly here on linkedin.

I'm looking forward to this new chapter and helping executives enable high performance teams that drive value.
